When the car weighs under 750kg and you don't drill a bunch of holes/slots it doesn't take large rotorsStill can't beleive those tiny brake discs can do what they do

I thought I read in a technical brief somewhere that off throttle they retard the timing of the engine to put fuel in the exhaust for more airflow through the diffuser.

Looks like RBR are using the DRS more than anyone else around here. They seem comfortable to get on it earlier than most.

At the current pace we'll have 20 starters for the race. VR and HRT are not fast enough to make 107% at the current pace, VR needs to find at least another 1.4s, not that it matters much for HRT yet, they have yet to run a timed lap.

i was thinking the same thing, some teams wont even qualify...
why do they use the wing so much for practice? will it be the same for quali? it just seems wierd bc during the race they are so many restrictions...
