My money says that Macca and RBR will stick with convential noses, and still be faster than everyone else.

They pioneered the high nose, I seriously doubt they'd go away from it now.

They pioneered a high nose, but it swept into the peak, it was good looking.

So how did McLaren escape this hideous trend?? Did they lengthen the front end so that they didn't have to create the step?

To be fair, F1 has had their bad moments before...:mamoru:

The entire front nose of the McLaren is set lower.

Others use a high nose to divert more air towards the sidepod undercuts

End up with really ugly bill.

If the Force India's nose continued back straight instead of a bump - it would look pretty good.

The Ferrari just looks weaksauce

Nice "no looking at our diffuser" cover, Ferrari. Engine and steering wheel pics are the best looking ones in the PR :mamoru:

Was wondering if it would look better without step nose...

Not much. I hope this thing is fast, because otherwise there is nothing at all going for it.

FIA better look into mandating a lower maximum floor for the nose soon...how is F1 going to attract new viewers when the cars look like platypus's driving around?

It's not F1, but I think all the racing fans will be disturbed by this video...

Hollly fuckkk.

Oh yeah, the Lotus E20 launched, but I can't find any quality pictures. In any case, it looks good for a step-nose...leads me to believe that the Ferrari F1 designers just have a terrible eye :o
