Just axle hop I think, when you are accelerating hard from a stand still the tire is going to be gaining and losing traction very quickly until you pick up enough speed for it to grip consistently.

There would be more vertical movement of the wheel if that was axle hop...IMO of course. I'd love to hear what a race engineer would say about it.

I'm sure the money aspect played a role in getting Senna to drive...plus, capitolizing on the Senna movie at this time doesn't hurt. I'd like to see what he can do as well, but no matter how talented, practice makes perfect. He has been out of practice for so long, I don't think he's going to do that well...
