<---- its like multiple little tv screens of awesome :embd:

massa has just as many wins as the championship leaders. and with barcelona coming up i wouldn't be at all surprised if he got the second win of the season there.
piquet is having a kovi-style slow start, but the reee-noo just plain sucks.

I honestly don't see the potential in piquet...I did in Kovi, so I had faith. But anyone can prove me wrong. Sato proved everyone wrong, lol. I bet even MS pulled a "daaaaaaaaaaaaaaamn" when he saw Taku pass Alonso

it's just fun to make fun of Massa. He honestly looks (and complains) like a little kid when things don't go right for him.

In the final stages of the race, Häkkinen was using his straight-line speed advantage to good effect as he aimed a move up the inside of Schumacher up the Kemmel Straight approaching Les Combes. In typically robust fashion, Schumacher was going to have none of this and almost forced Häkkinen onto the grass at over 200 miles an hour. The Finn was unimpressed with that manoeuvre. He would not have to wait long for payback, in fact the very next lap at the same spot. As he and Schumacher were about to lap Ricardo Zonta, Schumacher went around the Honda driver to the left but Häkkinen went around Zonta's right and outbraked Schumacher into Les Combes. A brilliant, audacious, race-winning move from Häkkinen and arguably his best overtaking move ever. Michael Schumacher put in a great drive in difficult conditions and in a vastly inferior car but in the end could not contain a simply faster McLaren. Ralf Schumacher also put in a great performance to take the final step of the podium, outracing David Coulthard in the second McLaren.

yup. ricardo..

Fernando Alonso put Renault to the top of the timesheet on the third day of testing at Barcelona this week.

Alonso remained in the car for his second day of running and set the best time just before the lunch break, using slick tyres. His 1:18.483 remained unbeaten throughout the afternoon session.

"The day has been good and I was happy with the developments to the car," he said. "We still need to keep improving because our competitors have also improved. It's difficult to say how we really compared with them."

He also spoke highly of the slick tyres after trying them for the first time today.

"It was fun to try the slicks, they gave very good grip."

Michael Schumacher again returned to the cockpit of a Formula One car and set the second fastest time of the day for Ferrari.

He spent the day sampling different types of Bridgestone slick tyres in a version of the F2008 that had been modified to simulate the level of downforce expected next season.

Adrian Sutil continued Force India's improved form with the third best time of the day, set on slicks using the 2008 aero package, after losing time in the morning with a clutch problem.

"It was the first time I'd tried slicks this year and I was really impressed," he said. "The grip is amazing but it's also very physical on your neck muscles."

Lewis Hamilton, Mark Webber, Jarno Trulli, and Sebastien Bourdais all remained on grooved tyres throughout the day.

Scuderia Toro Rosso's day was cut short when Bourdais crashed heavily at Turn Nine, and Robert Kubica also hit the wall, at Turn Seven, late in the afternoon.

Pos Driver Team Time Laps
1. Fernando Alonso Renault 1:18.483 100
2. Michael Schumacher Ferrari 1:19.323 83
3. Adrian Sutil Force India-Ferrari 1:19.424 102
4. Robert Kubica BMW-Sauber 1:19.785 112
5. Nico Rosberg Williams 1:19.841 65
6. Rubens Barrichello Honda 1:19.920 141
7. Lewis Hamilton McLaren-Mercedes 1:20.591 102
8. Sebastien Bourdais Toro Rosso-Ferrari 1:20.715 71
9. Mark Webber Red Bull-Renault 1:20.849 87
10. Jarno Trulli Toyota 1:20.867 90

A limited edition Takuma Sato Play Seat that can be parked in front of your TV for just 60,900 cents/Yen (around $600 USD). There goes that precious living room square footage freed up by last year's purchase of an ultra thin widescreen plasma display. Play Seats are comaptible with PS2s, 3s, Wiis and X-Boxes, and we're just aching to give one, or preferably two, a test drive.

And on a side note, has OT F1 crew ever had a shoutout on the speed broadcast? Seems like we should send an email Mr. Varsha.
