I'm about to blow like 200 bucks on Super Aguri stuff.

Oh man, I'm so bummed out.

That article is right though, Honda will have hell to pay in Japan.

You know, there stuff is actually pretty clean looking unlike all the other billboard ads of other teams. Think I'll pick up a T-shirt or 3 :wtc:

it would be 10x better if sato scores more points in a toyota than jens in the honda.

:wtc:

Can we change the name of this board to the FuckyouNickFry-crew.com?

That would be a great possibility for Toyota and Panasonic to even use Sato as even MORE PR in Japan................provided that Glock sucks and also that Kamui Kobayashi does not rise up to F1 standards. Very hard but Toyota could get Sato as a test driver which would still be fantastic.

I wished they had the race shirt in black (like the color of the polo one) because buying both would mean shelling out $100 pounds and that means $200 american dollars (for those of you in america)

These shall be top priced on ebay soon though :wtc:

p.s. if you are buying it from the USA, you guys are lucky in that there is no VAT (17 extra %) charged.

Formula One fans may have to wait for the next official video game, as Sony and F1 Chief Executive Bernie Ecclestone are reportedly locked in stalemate over a new publishing deal.

Sony Computer Entertainment's previous exclusive publishing deal, covering the 2003-2007 period, was for a rumoured $200 million, according to the technology news source TG Daily.

The website said the "gap between what Sony is willing to pay for a (new) license and what Bernie Ecclestone's (company) is demanding is too wide.
"

Industry sources are reporting that rival computer publishers EA, Ubisoft and Codemasters may now be in the running for the new five-year contract.

The last Formula One game published by SCE and Liverpool Studios was based on the start of the 2006 season.

they need Polyphony Digital to get that license...
I have the 2006 F1 game for the PS3, and the F2007 in GT5:P blows the cars in 2006 away...

It's BE being greedy again. Fuck him. I love this sport so much but the people that get rich from it makes me want to vomit while real teams that actually love racing suffer death at the hands of a damn jew and a french fries. At least I think BE is jew, but that's beside the point lulz.

Even ross brawn might not be able to make this pig fly. The same attitudes and mechanisms that killed sbf will (hopefully) keep ross from giving those cocknibblers any sort of success.

It's a fucking mess. I don't know who to root for anymore -- probably Williams since I like Nico & they're still independent. I think I'm getting tired of F1...not b/c of the racing, but all the dumb political drama.

p.s. I hope the grid commentators for all the F1 broadcasting networks will grill Nick Fry (if he is allowed out of the Honda motorhome that is) and not be fooled by his kermit voiced lies about how they honorably withdrew.

I don't know if that is possible at all, coz Honda is still a major personal back to Sato I think... somebody check this for me. I know for sure Sato came from the Honda camp, it's how he got the ride in jordan, back when they supplied engines under the mugen badge to Jordan. and when they went to single team supplier, Sato went with honda to BAR. eventually honda fucked up majorly and got rid of Sato for rubens. and we all see how that turned out. Sato has done better (in my opinion) in a very shitty car for SA then rubens has in their slightly better shitty car.

Sato is cut from the same thread as Fisi - great at smaller, underdog teams, not so hot at teams where the pressure is really on you...he really grew up after BAR, and was at SA. Lets be honest, how many of you guys thought SA was a joke, for a 'at the moment' joke driver. Why else did we all call him "Satowned" -- it's not because he wasn't a great driver, but he made a lot of dumb mistakes by pushing too hard with his kamikaze attack style of driving. And when SA was created, I'm pretty sure a lot of us felt it was Honda just covering their ass for the Japanese market since Sato is so huge over there.

Truth is tho, Sato has refined himself and proved himself a damn good driver - so I think he def. deserves a ride somewhere...

:biggthumb:

I could only wear the Super Aguri Symbol and where it says "Formula 1" but I don't like advertising for something I'm not getting paid to do (bridgestone) I don't even drive/race on bridgestones.
I just sold my RX7 TII chassis, so I think I'm going to buy a SA shirt that only has the symbol on it :squint: But damn, prices are insane :mamoru:
