I also didn't realize that Indy cars have an open engine formula. Lame of F1 to have a closed engine formula if Indy has an open one. I think they're running V6s at 2.2L of displacement. Shit man, c'mon F1!

Did you guys hear that RB is rumored to have already used up their allowed budget under the FOTA gentlemen's agreement? If that is true...

They could pretty much stop now, and still seal both chips

You can't have mercedes and renault, let alone all the sponsors, appearing to support a violently oppresive regime. Silliness.

However, Ross Brawn has already said the teams are all opposed to the season lasting as long, so they may use that angle to sidestep the political issue and still veto the change.
Which brings up an interesting point, as Bernie claims the teams are all for the change in the season.... Somehow, I believe the words of Ross over the claims of Bernie.

1. fuck bahrain, it's shitty track and it's corrupt Kalifas
2. Bumping Interlagos from the final round. UNACCEPTABLE to me as a fan
3. Potential disaster of the shithole that is India trying to host the single most important race of the year (hey, maybe Vettel will save us here :/ )
4. People who have already scheduled their lives arounding attending IGP's original date
5. It won't be safe. The pissed off people there know how much scrutiny this event will receive and there is just too much potential for trouble. Fuck Iran and Ahmadenijad and his presidency of OPEC.
Oh, yah, are you guys aware that the "president" of Iran is now the President of OPEC? Yah, he canned the Oil Minister who was the sitting president of OPEC's rotating office and named himself as replacement.
Now I'm sure there are just a bunch of us who see all the negatives here, but thats because thats all there seem to be.
