Yeah if I remember correctly the Mercedes F duct pipes the air via the endplates

When I heard that call during the race I remember being confused because I thought the transmission was to Vettel's car...

I'm wondering whether they were really conserving fuel, or whether it was their internal code for "bring it home"


I'm with you on these internal codes.
I bet there are tons of "secret words" they say over the radio that actually means something else. So the other teams will be like OMG ATTACK HIM NOW!! WEAR OUT YOUR TIRES! DO WHAETEVER IT TAKES!!
