Either the Ferrari has come back on form or Alonso brings more than .6s to the car! They're not even trying to hide their disappointment in Massa anymore. He's going to be out of there...by the end of the year, if not before.
Great race by Maldo, totally didn't expect him to win. That was a complicated race too, having to save tires while keeping Alonso behind him.
That circuit is still boring tho. Middle part almost put me to sleep...
So I don't understand why one car hasn't dominated this season yet, and why there isn't any stability...and why the car's performance is so on the bubble? Stability in the rules I guess have allowed some of the other teams catch up...but RB & McLaren that far back? Pretty great season for F1.

It's like pot luck right now, if a car is in the sweet spot for the tires then it is quite a bit faster. A bit outside that range and then a top driver (Alonso/Vettel/Hamilton) can make up for some of that, but it's basically the car on the perfect setup will shine. Here's what I think...

I don't understand SPEED a channel for Motorsports programs (even though it is 75% NASCRAP) is showing fucking soccer in the first place ?@!?!??!?!?!??!
Because we all know the speed fan base hates European motorsports. But euro soccer? Fuck yeah.

Fucking FOX...
Also, no doubt that Hamilton would have won the race if he started on pole.
Felipe needs to start working on his resume, because it doesn't seem like he's going to be able to get out of this current funk. Still no idea how he was P11 before the first round of pit stops but afterwards was P17.

Q. And what did you tell the Finnish viewers just now?
KR: It's Mothers' Day in Finland.
Q. So Happy Mothers' Day?
KR: Yeah. I had nothing else to say to Finnish viewers.

It was some sort of soccer showing across all of Fox's sports channels. I don't get it either.

So even the rubbish matches with horrible teams have massive significance. Lame we missed out on interviews, but probably a pretty cool day if you're into premier league.Survival Sunday is a term used to refer to final day coverage of the Premier League in England. The phrase is primarily used by Sky Sports,[1] when relegation places are still to be decided, and is used on all the adverts for the end of season football coverage. The phrase has since been used by other media to refer to the final matches

i am curious to know how big of a set back the fire will be to Williams. I imagine most data is stored in multiple places but it seems in most teams, the hard bits they bring to the race are nearly all custom and latest spec...
When we got that pit tour in Montreal last year w/ the Virgin team, they told us that all bits of data are upped back to the factory in real-time. So anything they gained in data, should be safe.
