The following is from IMS...

The public is welcome to watch the MotoGP and Red Bull AMA U.S. Rookies Cup Open Test from July 1-3 at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, as riders and teams prepare for the inaugural Red Bull Indianapolis GP on Sept. 12-14.

MotoGP teams will test from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. (ET) Tuesday, July 1 and Wednesday, July 2 on the 2.620-mile road course at IMS. Red Bull AMA U.S. Rookies Cup riders will test from 10 a.m.-3:30 p.m. (ET) Thursday, July 3.

The public can watch testing from these locations at IMS:

•South Terrace (in front of Hall of Fame Museum); Disabled Seating (in front of Hall of Fame Museum); Turn 2 Viewing Mounds; Southwest Vista sections 14-20; South Vista sections 1-5.

more evil than a 2.5L V8 spinning at 19,000RPMs?? Someone described to me an F1 engine as sex for your ears I need to go to these things...

it's not what you expect a bike engine spinning at 18k+ to sound like that's for sure...
take an SLR engine (as clarkson describes it: God chewing on nails) and add a high rev to that...
i wasn't expecting it to sound like it did...

2.4L V8, and its not just the sound too.. the ground and seats vibrate. its addicting.

anyway i will probably go to check out the motoGP test session on wednesday.

I can't wait to go to the MotoGP race.

I've seen Top Fuel Dragsters, Jet Cars, F1 cars, Indy cars, NASCRAP's, World of Outlaw's and Motocross, but I'm really excited to see MotoGP... So far my favorite is of course F1, which I have yet to get tired of, even Top Fuelers seem boring to me now (guess that'll happen to you once you've seen em 50 or 60 different times and have been a foot from them when they launch
