seriously, though, I don't think the prices would be that ridiculous. I was looking into buying a pad in bangkok, 2 br about 120sqm and it was in the range of 120K. Granted that was a steal, but I can't imagine a place like this being much more than 300K. even if we get like 10 people that's only 30K over 10yrs it'll be like 250 bucks a month.

prices in the complex start at 220k, kimi's duplex would probably run you 700k.

even if I was still in the market for a pad, it'll be cheaper for me to build my own dream pad Next to their property.
