Add to that it was a Minardi that won the race as well.

I don't care if it's been rebadged as a Toro Rosso.

I don't care if the car is nothing but a year old Red Bull.

It was the Italian national anthem that played as the winning constructor. The team is still based in Faenza. Still has the same tiny workforce that used to build the Minardi. Still has the fraction of the budget compared to the McLaren, Ferrari and Toyota's of this world.

But thanks to a brilliant qualifying lap. some gutsy calls an a brilliant driver in Sebastian Vettel, they have finally won their first Grand Prix.

I predict this will be the first of many for Vettel. For Minardi.... sorry, Toro Rosso... this will be their greastest day.

I just cannot stop smiling.

And sadly - the team will be sold off next year :hs:

Maybe it'll come back named as a Minardi :x:

Simply brilliant all weekend, both Vettel and STR. Certainly made more than a few drivers look decidedly average.

What if Vettel were to win the next 4? Germany will collectively orgasm and Schumi 2.0 will spread like wildfire.
