Kinda pissed off at NBCSN for this one. Didn't remember that they were airing it live on CNBC so I recorded the tape delayed NBCSN feed.

I can get past the fact that they delayed the show to air live CURLING, as I had the opportunity to watch it live on CNBC had I bothered to look through the guide.

However, they pretty much went to commercial break w/ about 10 min to go in Q2, then came back from commercial and it was Vettel getting out of the fucking car in parc ferme fingering an invisible ghost in the asshole.

Thanks for the spoiler, assholes. :squint:

Next weekend is the same, practice, quali and race are on all different channels, but at least they are shown live.
Boring race, now I'm curious as if Vettel can rack up another win this season and break more records.

First time I fast forwarded through an entire race and didn't feel like I missed a damn thing.

Went to the race...COTA didn't process my GA tickets so I had to buy my ticket from a scalper for Friday practice. I called COTA and they felt really bad so they gave me T12 Grandstand tickets for free! That spot was AMAZING. Best place to watch a car go around that track IMO so far...Also hung out with Nacho and Aerroist, which was fun!

From my specific spot, there was a bit of action so it wasn't boring...but there wasn't any change up front so I can see why it would've been boring on TV. It was kind of fun watching Web get close to Grosjean but then that attack faded after a few laps. Also, Web's move on LH was in my corner so that was a great pass from my viewpoint. It was also good to see Button move up to 10th on the last 2 laps.

Pictures to come...

I enjoyed going to the race a bit more than the race itself. Our seats were great, but watching the Vettel-show week after week is getting a bit old. But like David said it was cool to see Button work his way back into the points. I had a great time in Austin, downtown was insane Saturday night and it was cool to catch up with David and friends. Definitely have to make it down there again.
