Kimi probably had a lot of Vodka his rented luxury yatch the night before. Fucking failed this time, and even took out sutil. I am in India ATM, so you can imagine the Kimi hate going around right now :noes:

Yeah, I retract my statement where he wasn't being smug...

Reading the press interview, he seems more excited, and is thanking the team non-stop. And seemed pretty down that Sutil was knocked out (which he didn't seem to know), and was glad that Nico was also unhurt. :noes:

I fully believe that people just see whatever they want to in the interviews.

If anyone sounds the bitch in the interviews, it's Massa.

of course he is! They gave him shit for not helping the team get a 1-2 in Turkey, when all he wanted to do was win the race.

So this week, he's getting back at them for not giving him the win when he feels he could have gotten a higher position finish.

He knows that his contract probably wont be extended again once it ends in 2010, so he's gonna get as much out of the car as he can until then, try win himself a WDC, if luck swings his way. Then probably take his talents to another team and eventually blend into mediocrity, then retire, unlike some other Brazilian that we know........RUBENS!

Quick question.

When Kimi got advised of his drive-thru penalty, what is stopping the race stewards of giving it to him towards the end of the race, instead of right after a safety car? Do they (stewards) get to choose when the penalties from the start get applied? I know you have to serve the penalty within 3 laps of being advised.

I know, conspiracy theorists, but what is stopping them from doing that?

If i'm not mistaken, it must be within 3-5 laps of when it is announced.

when ever an event happens, the stewards look at it asap. As soon as they have come to a conclusion, they will generally advise the teams. If a penalty is given for an infraction, it has to be serves with 3 laps of it being advised to the teams. It is up to the stewards when they will advice the team, but generally they tell them as soon as they have come to a conclusion. They also advise the teams when they are going to review an incident.

Fuck off Kimi. Poor Sutil....

At least ITV's coverage wasn't so bad even though Hamilton won. They even gave Sutil driver of the day!

As far as consolation prizes go, I'm sure driver of the day isn't worth much, but Adrian deserved every part of it. You can see from his onboard camera, he was exceptionally smooth in the changing weather conditions. he definitely drove like a champ!

What was with Kimi and Alonso making rookie mistakes? 2 world champions doing the most retarded shit... :werd:
Nelson Jr. is a bag of fail...
Adrian got robbed

If Nelson Jr makes it past mid-season I'll be very surprised. He's pathetic.

Alonso's attempted pass on Heidfeld wasn't a lot better though! :ugh:

kimi hit a wet patch when he was breaking

One giant invisible fucking wet patch.

From what I could see, the line was completely dry into the chicane.

Idiot mistake, nothing more.

Still pissed about it, but it's just one of those things.

Pretty much. I just read how he didn't know that he was going to match his hero's record of 6 Monaco wins like Senna...but that he would try. There's nothing smug about that at all...

:o Reading it isn't anywhere near the same as seeing it, it's more than the words that are said, it's HOW they are said.

I can't agree with this more. If you're a fan, his attitude isn't gonna bother you....like yankees fans don't mind having a bunch of juice monkeys on their team. If you're more of a normal person, that little sideways smirk needs to be kicked off his face.
