going to agree with nacho about the track... the new section doesn't do anything for me... just made it slower and longer without any passing areas... weak...

and slightly agree with the rules sucking... my one disappointment with this race/rules is the 1 stop strategies... all the cars are heavy, close in performance so unless something goes wrong, how ever you line up on the grid, is basically how you'll finish... they need to fix that... once these guys figure out the tire issue, it'll be more of a parade since everyone won't do shit till the last 10 laps...

Track sucked, race sucked, new rules are junk.

I've never been more disappointed in a season opener. "Most exciting season of F1 ever" my hairy balls.

My sentiments EXACTLY

the race was on at 7pm for me. I watch the whole race, but it was so eventful I could barely remember any of it. I don't even remember anything significant about the track / corners / onbord shots / ANYTHING AT ALL....

I only remember Alonso standing on his car, and his signature gay ass move with the fucking hands....

They may as well shorten the race distance because it seems as if there will only be action on the opening lap then the final ten laps when they wont have to look after tires anymore. :mamoru:

mclaren boss was saying the tires are too good... supersofts can do 25+ laps and the harder compound can do the race distance... so no real need to pit except to use both compounds. he was worried that if something happened in the first 5 laps and a safety car came out, everyone would swap tires and go race distance... talk about a parade then :mamoru:

One tank of gas = worse idea in the world. At least we had passing in the pits before - now we don't even have that!!!! :mamoru:

hamilton passed in the pits :mamoru:

The whole change 4 tires in 2 seconds is cool, but makes it boring :werd:

They actually cut away from two cars fighting for position to show a now super boring and uneventful pitstop. I was bummed.

The one tank rule might really be a bad idea. Combined with tires that only need a single change...what is the race about? Why even race? Just Quali and hand out the points....

The local director's shot choices were miserable pretty much the whole time.

And doing away with the list of positions on the left side of the screen was another stupid move.
