Di Resta is a bargain and surprised Vettel makes the same as 3 other drivers considering he's a two time champ and nico just won his first race and massa being overpaid. This is before all the perks and outside sponsors

I know they said Nico had a big salary, as Mercedes really wanted him to be their 'new star'.

I'm shocked DiResta is so underpaid, for as high as he's rated.

Great article on Romain...everyone's talking about MS & KR but Romain's also a comeback guy too...the fact that he was stuffed and was working a computer desk at a bank after driving a Renault makes me like this kid even more.

For all the Seb Vettel fans:

Too bad Letterman cuts him off all the time.

Letterman is so un-funny. Who the hell wants to hear about DRS & KERS?

That's like going on a hot date and talking about the advantage of Apple iOS over Android the entire night. Know your damn audience...

The passport incident is funny tho :mamoru:

I remember reading an interview with Schumacher saying that he loved going on vacation in the United States because he could go anywhere and nobody would know who he was.

Vettel and Helmut being poor losers, get called out by Hans Stuck, President of the German Motorsport Federation...

The German president did not like either of the responses and left a message for the Austrian team. “I don’t think driving slowly behind a pace car can be the cause of shortcomings, otherwise all the other cars would also be unsuccessful. If the Red Bull car overheats because of the safety car then it is designed wrong,” said Hans Stuck.

I think this is why I've stopped supporting Vettel fully...instead of fighting like Fred does, he whines a bit too much for my taste as of late.

He's matured quite a bit from his whiney McLaren/Renault days. Perhaps when Vettel gets a shit car for awhile, and just buttons up and drives...I'll like him again. But what Fred is doing with the Ferrari right now is beautiful.

I completely agree Fred is currently the most outstanding driver on the grid. Hating on vettel right now is pretty cliche' tho.
no doubt he will mature and just drive sooner rather than later

To be a multmillionaire and win a WDC before you're 25...it's really no shock vettel, fred, and hambone all act like impetuous, entitled children.

I liked both fred and vettel during their first chips ,then the whinging started. Fred has 80% redeemed himself from the macca days...only 80% because of the "fernando is quicker than you" and "Thees is reedicoolose" incidents.

I think that's why I've started to like schumi again...doesn't matter if his car breaks down, there's snafu on the pitstop, he's out on the wall smiling at the camera for the rest of the race.

He's also at the end of his career, so he pretty much doesn't really need to give a shit anymore ...

Nah...I like it b/c I think he's more humbled now and he now knows how difficult it was for every other driver in F1 when he was in it. And he's back because he just enjoys the racing. I respect that...

Good.

I think Vettel's comment alone could be interpreted as disappointment, but Helmut's makes the group sound worse.

They really need to ditch that guy, IMO.
