Listening to Jackie Stewart drone on about British excellence during FP2 has really put me off, he is normally pretty good to listen to. I especially liked what he said about drivers only being able to be the best of their era and the whole best driver of all time or is Senna better than everyone is just stupid.

Somebody asked Jackie who he thought the best driver was and he said he can only say about people he raced against and that was Jim Clark. Then he went on to elaborate by saying that a driver can only be the best of his era and cross generation comparisons like Senna/Clark are pointless.

I'll agree with that.
