Well, I don't know wtf Toyota's starting issues are. Maybe it has to do with not getting any heat in the tires at lower speeds. :o

Back to Trulli fighting for 7th or 8th every week. :wtcd:

at least he's consistently in the points.. look at BMW and macca.

So basically it seems like whenever it's cool/cold we'll see the RBRs on top, and whenever it's warm expect the Brawns to have the upper hand.

Sorry, I can't. They're too far back. :o

Resonator79 would murder me if he saw that. :wtcd:

I wish Hamilton had a season like this before he was competing and winning the WDC.

What's wrong with it?

Got back from the track last weekend w/ tons of valve train noises. Initially I thought a nut backed off the rocker arm and it was making noises. Quickly took off the valve cover and none of the nuts had backed off. Youtube videos and S2ki led me to a broken timing chain tensioner. The noise was identical to the one I had, and it was a known problem... So i replaced it...still the same noise :wtcd:

So now I'm thinking Or maybe I had a bent valve? :o So I looked at it, and started doing a valve adjustment. Took off the 1st plug, and the porcelin had seperated from the metal base and was loose. It was moving up and down. Whew. So it was a bad plug...but the tip was missing. I think it's still in the bore... :wtcd:

Gonna get a bore scope tomorow to inspect it to see if I can find anything. Any ideas on taking it out if it's still in there?

Oftentimes though, it is going to cause bore/head damage. I've also seen where the electrode has been smashed into the valve seat - very ugly.

Best o' luck!

If you need to scope it, it probably already needs an engine. :eek3:

Bottom ends are pretty cheap. Like ~2200 from Honda for a block complete with rotating assembly.

The head is where it gets expensive. You can't buy a full head from Honda. Period. The casting alone is $$$$.
